The Secure Caregiver Alert System (US Patent No. 6,847,301) is the perfect patient alert solution for at-home caregivers and concerned health care facilities. The wireless caregiver pager connects with up to four monitoring components (Pull-Cord Alert, Call Button, Bed Exit Sensor Pad, Motion Detector, Door/Window Alarm). Each component easily pairs with the caregiver pager by pushing a single button located in the battery compartment of the pager, and a unique alert sound can be set for each of the connected monitoring components. The caregiver pager features multiple alert sounds and a vibrating feature. The pager can be set to... 1.) Sound Only 2.) Sound+ Vibrate 3.) Vibrate Only. The pager features a belt/waist clip to attach to users belt for constant patient monitoring. Monitoring distance up to 500 ft. in an open area (walls and other interference may decrease operating distance). Always test before use. Backed by Personal Safety Corporation's one year warranty and exceptional customer service - Trust in a brand that has been partnered with thousands of concerned care facilities throughout the US, Canada and Europe Since 1991.

Our caretaker asked for a "baby monitor" to monitor elderly parent, but this has worked out better. It only alerts the caregiver, and if parent gets out of bed they know instantly. Very similar to units they I saw in the hospital and rehab center. It also has adjustable tone, and ability to be used as a pressure sensor on the floor, but we prefer to use on the bed and alert when pressure is lost. It also has a call button for help, but my parent tends not to use it.
