I have a 2002 Ford F-150 4x4 extended cab truck. My previous cover was an Extang BlackMax which served its purpose for 8 long years. However, it had seen its better days, and desperately needed replacement. I saw this cover at a local showroom where they wanted $380+tax. I found this on Amazon from a "Non-Prime" dealer for $326 and free shipping. I received the cover in 2 days. Great Service by PickupSurplus in Alabama. they even called to make sure I had order the right cover.The cover comes completely pre-assembled in a large box. I opened the box, read the instructions, and had the unit installed in a bout ten minutes. The hardest part is getting it straight (and that's not really hard, I'm just like that). I read previous reviews and locked it down really tight as well as taking time to secure the emergency straps. Voila! All done. Highway tested the next day at 70mph with no problems. Even after sitting in direct sunlight for 8 hours, the top did not look saggy. Also, unlike the snaps, if someone wants to look into the bed, they will have to cut through the cover (hope they don't).Best thing about this top, unlike my last cover, is I don't have to have a second person to roll it out of the way when I want to haul and oversized item. I can simply undo two rear latches, fold it back and lock it into place. Wonderful! If required, I can even remove the top completely and leave it at home. It's that easy.If I ever have any problem I will come back an update this review. If there nothing after this, it's still doing great.Nov 2018 - cover still looking great and working flawlessly.
