Minus - First, they forgot to include all of the hardware. That is, no hardware at all. They did send it right quick however.Minus - One of the rails had been bent a bit in transit. Fixable, and not serious, but better packing should be used.Minus - if you have a tail gate protector that fits over the top, the rails may be just maybe 1/16 too long. A few minutes with a decent file can handle it.Plus - Easy installPlus - well thought out. You can get at the entire truck bed.Plus - fits great.Plus - latches for each section.Plus - water tight and has drain hoses that empty through bed openings. Mine is a newer Ram, so it may be different for others.Plus - secure when towing 5th wheel with the cover open.I'd buy another one.This is a nice setup. Unfortunately, they are not packaged very well and written instructions are not always correct. Example: It says the Ram truck needs shims due to bed angles...when mine did not. Using the shims would have created a disasterous fit. The two boxes they were shipped in were both damaged because they are not supported internally properly. Product was slightly damaged, but I'm not going to send it back because the same situation would occur due to poor factory packaging.Awesome coverEasy to install, works as described. A small amount of water will still get through the center of the fold joints so be aware and maybe provide a plastic sheet over anything you want to stay dry. The packaging needs to be improved to prevent damage to item and the shipping company was slow and does not communicate with the customer adequately. The boxes were not properly attached/banded to skid and we're badly damaged. Thankfully only minimal nicks and skuffs to product were noted during unpacking and installation.
