Yay! I am impressed that over the course of 3-4 months of correspondence, the designers hung in there and actually got us a replacement part because one of the metal bars had the incorrect end. This was during the height of the Covid thing, so I have to be a little forgiving. So if you are having any problems or questions, please email the address that is printed in the instruction manual. They seem to be responsive.Suggestions:1. Include screws that are longer and wider to improve stability of the baby rail, especially if people are getting only one side (not two or three sides).2. I’m not sure what the purpose of the floating piece of metal at the end of the bottom base piece is used for. It doesn’t seem to improve stability. You might try putting it under the base piece of metal, not on top.3. To the designers--please consider having a native English speaker review/edit (or maybe even an English-native technical writer) the instruction manual. That might make it easier for some people to follow/understand.This picture is right after I finally got it installed..which took a little engineering..because we have a plastic type frame..so now there are sheets of maple plywood between the mattress and bed frame. So far so good, but baby has not leaned on be rail yet..so we will see..I will update if needed.
